I'm in the top 18% in all of my best 10 units including English, but if I take into account my external performance, it may be UAI < 80.
But my careers advisor said if you are in the top 15% for all your subjects you can get over 90 for UAI.

Even top18% wont get u a UAI over over 80? your making me feel worried

It depends on how well (or poorly) your fellow peers and you perform.

You could be in the top 1% of all your subjects, and still get a UAI lower than 50.

I was pretty happy with my rankings:

English Advanced - 4/24
Ancient History - 3/19
English Extension 1 - 2/5
Maths - 1/15
History Extension - 1/2
Legal Studies - 1/7

So hopefully decent HSC marks and I can get 85+

^ agreed! Even if you did bad in externals, your mark would be pulled up because of your ranks .. so don't stress it!

Mine were right too, I can't complain with them..

Business Studies - 3/30
Economics - 1/9
General Maths - 1/53
Studies of Religion II - 2/15
English (Adv) - 20/38
Hospitality - Not assessable

The only one that isn't that great is English .. and that was really just because I hated it so I didn't put any effort into it..
