well its good to know if you are ever stranded back in time (lets pretend it is possible without multiple time lines, resistant to change timelines, limited back in time travel via wormholes which couldnt go back to it in the first place, etc) then you can communicate well in two major eras.laurie_field said:eng adv - 97

Is that true!?LaraB said:According to UAI, last year you need aggregate of 450/500 to get 99.05 and my aggregate is 459/500 so i'm happy coz even tho i dont know how true it is, 400/500 got you 91.05 last year so i'll def get about 95 i guess which is enough for my course and for a good chance at the scholarhips.
u havnt taken into account how each subject scales, e.g a 90 in 4unit maths is worth a lot more than a 90 in 2u . that aggregate is probly scaled marksI found a table on a UAC newsletter type thing that shows what UAI's ppl with certain aggregates got in 2003 (only aproximates)
You cannot add up your HSC marks to produce an aggregate!LaraB said:I found a table on a UAC newsletter type thing that shows what UAI's ppl with certain aggregates got in 2003 (only aproximates)

So according to that, your aggregate is um..416 if i added right so according to this table, u'd have gotten somewhere between 95 and 98 last year
