SnowFox unless you have some evidence to back up your claims, you should stay silent. Oh, how did your protest go? Big turn out? 3-4 people? No one but you wants our children made to play Phatasmagoria. Deal with it.

Blood thirsty thugs like yourself continually miss the point, you dont have rights, the tiny population of boys who play these hate-rape genocide simulations need their diet limited by us adults. Just like parents don't let their kids eat ice-cream candy all day, there are restrictions in place to stop you young boys getting too high of these online picture perfect murder orgies.

I mean if it wasnt for the current laws, kids, or even toddlers, could get their hands on Phatasmagoria. Do you want your toddler sister playing this game? Learning the murder trade so to speak? Didnt think so, boy.

Blood thirsty thugs like yourself continually miss the point, you dont have rights,
Im an 18 year old male living in Australia. I have as much rights as the next 18year old person who resides in Australia.

the tiny population of boys
The Interactive Australia 2009 report on the state of gaming in Australian culture has been launched this morning, and the stats affirm what gamers already know — the stereotypes are complete rubbish. Here’s a quick sampler that busts some myths that tie closely into our ongoing effort to get Michael Atkinson to realise his position does not reflect the reality of the modern gaming landscape. We’ll try to drill a little deeper in coming days:

- Average age of gamers is now 30; average age of non-gamers is 40.
- 88% of households now have a game device, not including mobiles.
- 61% have MORE than one — consoles are now dominant.
- 54% male, 46% female. The gender gap is disappearing fast.
- Over half of all parents play games with their kids.
- 63% of Australians still don’t know there is no R18+ for games.
- 91% of ALL Australians are in favour of an R18+ classification.
- 92% of parents are aware of the games their kids are playing.

-Source: http://www.kotaku.com.au/2008/10/how_old_is_the_average_australian_gamer_30/

who play these hate-rape genocide simulations need their diet limited by us adults.

Those so called hate-rape games are intended for adults, hence why they would be given a R18+ rating. Adults play them, not children. If a child is able to get hold of them, its the parents fault for letting them play it.

Just like parents don't let their kids eat ice-cream candy all day, there are restrictions in place to stop you young boys getting too high of these online picture perfect murder orgies.
See, its the parents job to govern what their children do. If they allow their children to eat excess amounts of sugar treats and play games rated over their age, then its the parents fault. Not the gaming industries, not the adult gamers who follow the laws, nor the governments, its the parents.

I mean if it wasnt for the current laws, kids, or even toddlers, could get their hands on Phatasmagoria. Do you want your toddler sister playing this game? Learning the murder trade so to speak? Didnt think so, boy.
This is easily answered, i dont have a toddler sister, i have a toddler brother though, who plays Wall-E, or is to graphic for him? You know, blowing up innocent crates with rubbish compacted in his internal systems, or melting them down with his laser. Or maybe its too physical for him, with the realistic skating manoeuvres he can do to unlock more energy vials.

Its rated E, so it should be ok, since its rated for Everyone.

My L4D2 was raped of its decency. I demand justice.
Speaking of that I ordered a copy of a game off ebay for PS3 and I ended up getting L4D2 360 (not what I ordered) they mixed up my order with another aussie buyer, I assume most gamers are simply buying overseas.

But I'm not talking about games like Wall-E, or consoles like the Wii (which is responsibel for those warped states you provide), I'm talking about games like Phatasmagoria.
Now, you rancid little boy, dont try to evade the question, do you want your toddler brother playing Phatasmagoria or not?
-if you do; you're a monster.
-if you don't; you admit that me, and MA are correct (i.e. adults need to limit what you young boys can get your hands on)

Neither, a responsible adult should govern what their children play. A adult will not allow a child to view pornographic material, so why would they allow them to view/partake in a R18+ game.

This tired old argument is just disturbing. What if the adult is much like yourself and relishes online murder rape games? What if they force, or allow their toddler to play such games?
I say we stop this activity at the source, we ban these sorts of ultra violent games and no toddler will ever be forced to virtually walk-through these horrid picture perfect genocide simulations..
Exactly the same as seat belt laws, even though you might disagree with having to put on your seat belt, you have no right to allow you child to go unseated. It's for your own good, and you should be thankful. Boy.

+1

Its clear that this 'SnowFox' has some vested intrest in getting this 'Phantasmagoria' in circulation around Australia, perhaps he is a shareholder or worse in this Game?

The question begs; who profits from such games being released? The vile publishers and their disordered creators who, when empowered, would then push even more of this nauseating poisen on our young.

I've never said i relish in murder/rape games. I've never ever played a rape game, shit i dont even advertise the games, you are doing a good job about it though, listing rape games i've never heard of and such.

And its not a tired old argument, you just cant come back with a legit rebuttal to a obvious and proper argument.

The game industry is a billion dollar industry due to imports/exports and sales. It is also slowly becoming are form of art. A toddler who has decent parents wont view these games due to their parents role in their lives, not to mention a toddler would not even have the slightest clue as to what is happening in the game, hence why games aimed at toddlers are puzzle games with bright vibrant colours.

Exactly the same as seat belt laws, even though you might disagree with having to put on your seat belt, you have no right to allow you child to go unseated. It's for your own good, and you should be thankful. Boy.
Never disagreed to seatbelt laws you dorkish prat. I dont even need the use of a seat belt, i own a motorcycle, so shame on you.

It is also the parents responsibility to make sure their children are restrained in the correct seatbelt and car seat dependent on their age/weight/height.

There is also fines in place for not doing so, the same as gaming stores being fined for selling games to minors and places with liquor licences can also cop large fines.

See how it just goes back to the parents.

Its an adults choice what he/she views or plays.

Can not be put any more simple then that.

What a retarded tautology. Of course it's an adults choice. Its a child murderers choice to murder a child. It's a pedophiles choice to look a vulgar child torture porn.

It's up to the government to stop such disordered people from being able to make such abhorent choices. You sociopaths just don't get it. Until then you'll have to stick to playing Phantasmagoria through your imagination, over and over, as you clearly do every current waking moment.

I am actually content with the status quo on this issue. Only a small minority of the community want to get their hands on this material. Furthermore if we examine the American milieu in regards to gaming, this path is well adumbrated (i.e school shootings, etc).
