yeah because administration officers get specific cases and not randomized at all right?yep. some guy paid like 10k though lmao
you can technically pay "a bit" more to get into your course, but you'll be a full fee domestic student which means youre paying 30k a year for uni.
Intl students have a lower requirement because the gov WANTS to attract overseas students since education is our number 2 export. Also it's a indirect way for people to invest in this country. I know tons of chinese students whose parents bought them apartments/properties while theyre studying at uni here.
