I got some problem with the question on the test book. on page 11 q1 asked "can u suggest a reason why it should be so reliable?
i really do not know how to answer it. can someone please help me ASAP please?cause i will have this prac today. THANKS HEAPS!

Why it is so reliable, mainl because the period of a pendulumn is directly proportional to its length...
I think the answer is that, the earth is relativley round compared to most other planets, NSW is relativley at sea level and at the average radius of earth.. Im just guessing here but yeah...
