I've restricted the use of my gel pens to Cosmology-related work, damn they're expensive, but so goodkloudsurfer said:I used to hate gel pens until i discovered the Piolet V7 pens.
They write so smoothly and are fine and dont smudge.
I only use them for exams though, they cost an arm and a leg!

I got it when i was young but hated it, then suddenly i picked it up (in year 11), used it and loved it. Actually my fountain pen went to every single HSC and trial HSC exam.
i always carry a spare pen (or 3 during hsc ) just in case.
I always get paid out for taking 2 calculators into my math exam. But theyll wish they took two when one of theirs runs out in the middle of the exam though.... Lol, oh and i have two different types of calculators, coz i prefer to do some things on one and then others on the other one...jirwin said:for my maths exam i had all 5 black pens, 1 blue pen, 2 red pens, 3 pencils, 2 rulers, a rubber, a compas/protractor set and 2 calculators..
I always thought that everyone took at least one spare pen into an exam. Then I saw this guy in my Human Biology exam. He took in one pen, and then it ran out. Took about five minutes for the supervisors to find him another pen.Evilo said:i always carry a spare pen (or 3 during hsc ) just in case.
