i posted a question like this earlier and got about 2 replies...dagnabit. Wheres the enthusiasm? the encouragement and support of fellow students?

can someone tell me why the UAI cutoff was raised?

coz more people applied for the course.....increase demand and a stable supply (or decreasing supply) will lead to an increase in the cutoff

For those of you doing pharm, are you waiting to buy text books when lectures begin?

Yeah, im starting pharmacy at Sydney uni this year...

But i cant give anyone any information cos i have no idea about anything thats going to happen at all. They told me to look on the website for info about whats happening in o week but it doesnt seem to have ben updated for about 6 months, so i have no idea whats gonna happen.

did you receive any info in the mail? and in that bag you got on enrolment day?

just in case, theres a pharm welcoming on thurs 4th march at the pharm building, 10-1pm.
