which one should i get tutoring for bcuz i can onli choose one for some reasons?
How can you say that when you don't even know how well he does in either subject?swathard said:neither.. i dont think you need a tutor.. what benefit does it have for you?
I have to disagree. Yeah there are links, and a lot of people that enjoy maths enjoy physics also, but i don't think just being good at maths automatically makes you good at physics. There are other aspects to the subject than just using formulas. You still need to be retain facts and grasp concepts etc. I do have a friend whose favorite and best subject was maths, and they were told they'd do well at physics but they couldn't stand it and didn't really excel at it, then ended up dropping it. And likewise, it's very possible to not be a brilliant maths student but still excel in physics.TBK11 said:Depends what your weak at if your Weak at Physics get a Physics tutor if your weak at chem get a chem tutor, if your relativley good in maths or are doing ex1 maths for next yr ull do fine in physics
I lik to study aheadpwoh said:Well then you could wait till next year to get tutoring...see which teacher you get if you find their difficulties equal.
If you can't wait until you start the courses next year then i'd advise getting a year 11 study guide or text book for each and go through them and try and get a feel for what the courses are like then go from there. No one on here is going to know which you need tutoring for more than you would. Different people will have different opinions on which is more difficult. I personally find physics easier because i enjoy it more and i just understand it easier then i do chemistry. Where as others would find chemistry easier. It's really a decision no one can make for you. However, if you are having trouble deciding then talk to your science teacher about it, they'd be in the best position to help you decide.super.muppy said:I lik to study ahead
I'm guessing you are going to be going to some tutoring college, and because they start next term for Year 11, you don't know which subject to choose?super.muppy said:I lik to study ahead
Then perhaps it is best to wait lol.super.muppy said:but which one is harder?
cuz i do equally well in both subjects however i dnt know which one would be harder in year 11
