they do already, called the one child policy.

Btw wonder what they do at the next stop? I mean i'm sure not all of them get off at the same stop. Have to get everyone out to get a few people out, then squeeze them all back in again- terribly inefficient.

Yet they haven't even reached half the train's full capacity... :p

Here's just in: Chinese peak time train commuters more prone to respiratory problems. A link has yet to be found.
