possible UAI prediction plz... (1 Viewer)

wattup pplz...
shaggy wants to know his UAI from the following scores:

Eng Std. - 70% (2/200)
2U Maths - 89% (1/52)
Ext 1 Maths - 75% (2/8)
Physics - 75% (1/25)
Chemistry - 89% (1/28)
ITV - 85% (5/69)
Software - 60% (2/30)

I like my ranks for most of my subjects (excludin Software) but I really want to get a UAI of 91+. Is it possible with these scores and ranks to definitely attain such a mark?

It is unfortunate that I do Std. Eng and ITV as both these subjects scale you down quite a lot. Not only that, my school avgs abt 2 or 3 ppl scoring in the really low 90s every year. Our school itself is ranked in the bottom 50 of the state. So putting it all together, I really do doubt whether or not I can get a UAI of 91+ at the end.

lol, 60 got you 2nd in SDD obviously your class was very serious....

Your not going to get into the 90s mabye ~85

looking at standard english, i read that if u were able to achieve a raw of 85, it actually gets scaled up, not down where advance if u achieve 85, its scales down...

so try get around teh 80s for english...it will make a difference

so, wat subjects do u reckon i should be focusing more on in order to acheive that hoped-for-90+ UAI?

ITV and SDD and Eng Std scale REALLY bad so focus on you other courses

mate its one of the highest scaling subjects.. trust me...
ask an experienced person n u'll know!!

Are you joking, look at the statictics, like 1.5% of the candidates of SDD got a band6, sdd is pretty crappy scaling actually, so you have to perform at the top 1% of the state pretty much to get a band6 and trust me, the negative scaling is quite harsh.

i think SDD can be the subject which i will bomb out in then. i can waste two units since i carry 13, so yeah, why not i guess. kewl kewl...
