B Science at Sydney Uni.
Totally didn't expect it at all. Didn't even know I still had it on my UAC preferences; thought I'd replaced it with Biomed@UTS, but apparently not.
Cut-off was 82.10 this year, my ATAR was 80.35.
Finally, living in a regional area pays off

Question to the people who got into UNSW in the first round. I put in my details on the new student part of the website and was able to create my unipass, this is 24 hours before second round offers are out, does this mean I am accepted?

No, I said I hate Commerce at UNSW (specifically Finance) because I find it boring and I have no passion to do it.

The Commerce components are generally decently taught, Finance not as good as say... Accounting or Economics from what I've experienced - but still.

I've read that USYD provides one yr of industrial experience in chemistry accompanied with a salary, sounds pretty good for the science side

Well then, USyd sounds better.
Go for that if that's what you want.

Check what UNSW does as well. Just to make sure. But as for now, perhaps USYD would be your option.
