some amd 8-core idk, maybe FX-8150? whichever is best bang for buck

ati 7-series, probably hd7950 or whatever the $250 model will be called
120gb ssd

Should be able to run it on medium pretty easily, depending on your reso you may be able to pump some settings to high. Your PSU won't be able to handle any OC of the gtx 460 though which could have gotten you a lot better performance.

just short stroked and lba modded my hard drive

samsung spinpoint f3 1tb (short stroked down to 100gb) ~ $60



in comparison, western digital velociraptor ~$140 for 150gb model



also, kingston ssdnow 64gb



i could've short stroked it down to 150gb and it still would've destroyed the velociraptor in everything besides access time (nothing can make up for that 10000 rpm lol)

ssd access times are amazing but a short stroked hdd will beat it in raw throughput

but srsly, velociraptors are stupid
