Has anyone got access to the CSSA for this year? Can't find it anywhere and our teacher didn't get itHas anyone ever looked through the CSSA papers and seen how similar it generally is to the HSC? Like probability for predictive purposes
Isn't that more for conflict than core though?ik they still havent done appeasement/ collec secririty
they haven't done either oneSurely Nuremberg --> pretty sure they've already done both early German success and Russian counter offensives
yes, just looking over the 19, 20, 22 cssa and hsc papers (2021 was nearly completely different) at least one of the essay question tests on the same dot point as in the trial papers. the short answers are a bit all over the place, but there's at least two dot points that are similar across them, just testing different specifics. you either get short answers the same or the essays the same. generally, the hsc essay questions seem to be more broad than the cssa papers.Has anyone ever looked through the CSSA papers and seen how similar it generally is to the HSC? Hehe but yeah I think so. Just haven't ever sat down to directly compare. Might do it myself but I'm hoping someone's done it already
What about russia + Pacific have they tended to be similar?2019 - essay q on cambodia and laos - hsc was effects on civilians and cssa was communist victory - the other question was entirely different
2020 - both questions were entirely different
2021 - both questions were entirely different
2022 - question on us involvement - cssa was changing nature of involvement 1954-1965 and hsc was reasons for withdrawl - other question was entirely different

Interesting. Thanks for the reply. Some practice is better than none. Histories broadness is one of the things that really detracts from enjoying the subject. Getting a question about something you aren't remotely interested in is the worst. Atleast we get semi-decent scaling.yes, just looking over the 19, 20, 22 cssa and hsc papers (2021 was nearly completely different) at least one of the essay question tests on the same dot point as in the trial papers. the short answers are a bit all over the place, but there's at least two dot points that are similar across them, just testing different specifics. you either get short answers the same or the essays the same. generally, the hsc essay questions seem to be more broad than the cssa papers.
Donttt it is stressing me out too. Istg it’s always on the 1 thing I don’t prepare that is in itIm having. nightmares of being given a question i havent prepped for and just being fucked
Yeah same. One thing is they did kind of allude to the advance in 2019, but yeah it's not been properly assessed...View attachment 44822
This is what I'm thinking for the Pacific
(Also let me know if I got any of this wrong)
same with occupation in terms of slave labour etc was alluded to in the 2019 q but not explicitly mandatedYeah same. One thing is they did kind of allude to the advance in 2019, but yeah it's not been properly assessed...
Yeah, I'd noticed that as well, hopefully they ask a question on itYeah same. One thing is they did kind of allude to the advance in 2019, but yeah it's not been properly assessed...
Yeah I'm pretty confident in anything to do with the course of the conflict, so pearl harbour, early advance, turning points, allied strategy, a-bomb, and defeat, so praying that one of those comes up lmaoYeah, I'd noticed that as well, hopefully they ask a question on it
