I also reckon Axis Aims / Strategies could come up this year too for Conflict in Europe - last they tested on was only Allied and that was 2019 I believe.

Yikes - I hope Europe’s on Russian CO or NWCT, or even early advances, or Russia to be Stalinism / totalitarianism. That would be the goat.

also for my other apartheid historians - one key feature they haven’t asked yet is differing visions Of democracy (in key features of syllabus) - so make sure you prep for that. My teacher is adamant that it’ll appear sooner than later so this year could be the year
what would you write about for differing visions?

Both.

right and left wing regarding NEP and socialism in one country vs international revolution.

thwn you talk about other reasons that exacerbated the struggle

-ideological differences
- political ambition and drive
- party manouvering and manipulation of Stalin regarding NEP
- lack of clear successor in Lenin’s will and testament
ohh alr tysm !!

It is tricky but I got a 15/15 for it if you want me to send it through. I’ll explain here too:

1950-60s.

National Party: Segregation, apartheid policy and practice. The use of Bantu stands, minimal political freedoms etc.

ANC: freedom charter, equal rights, equal political representation - some socialist aspects of their charter constituted as democracy.

1970-90s
National party: creation or tricameral parliament - saw a little more political freedom for minorities
ANC: 1 man, 1 vote.
could link to transition to democraxy - differing visions lead to failure or CODESA 1 + the influence of violence
AWB: Afrikaan / Boer control -> democracy ideology aligned with old national party
Inkahta FP: Wanted total independence and the restoration of zulu land and political integrity.
