no way you would talk about the legal framework and not debentures and loans and overdrafts
i HATE sources of finance.

HATE them. HR i would just do
WHS --> Training / Deelopment
CSR --> Recruitment processes (such as a diversity quota)
Stakeholders (employees) --> rewards

what do u mean by 'Contextualise'?
You need to show EXPLICITLY how the business did it. Anyone can say '[business] used outsourcing in order to reduce the cost of production'... There is nothing distinctie about that. By contextualise i mean say HOW. So WHAT did they outsource, who from?

guys when an essay questiosn about influences, do you like not talk abt strategies?

same with processes
There is technically no issue with covering a concept that is outside the section(s) specified by a question, as long as this is done in addition to the essential, which is covering the section(s) that the question actually specifies. If priority is given to a concept(s) that is outside the section(s) that a question targets, the response will be awarded a lower mark.
