People probably did alright in this test, like I think 70-80 should be doable even if you messed up on both extended response and essay. But otherwise I believe it was fairly good of a test.
most ppl in my school that I talked to got 17+ in MC so I have a feeling alignment wont be incredible

yo my friend wrote performance management for report for strats and I think he got down the wrong syllabus point. So he talked about performance management then he talked about performance pay cuz he thought it's under pm but it's under rewards. How much marks is he gonna loose for that?

I doubt markers are gonna be that fussy. He still did note down the HR strategies either way. In all leniency they could just ignore that and consider as mentioning two different strategies since he still knows what he's doing, he just got little confused.

both are strat anyway so I doubt they gonna care a lot, prob wont get 20/20 but not that deep

Yea in the 2nd question I talked abt how hiring skilled employees rather than ones with no skills can lead to the resolution of this problem
