^ Are you doing French through Open High School

Found out some more results today. Have all my results except for Music (estimated 85-ish%) and Eng Ext(estimated 90-ish%).

Japanese Cont. 95%
French Beg. 94% (surprise, surprise. I apparently did quite well, though I didn't study very much for it. Lack motivation, chances are I might drop the subject)
English Adv. 92%
Ancient History 96% (Grr!!! If I hadn't gotten 3 multiple choice wrong I would've gotten a clean 100%!!!)
Visual Arts 98%

Congrats to those that did well! And to those that didn't - no worries, it was just the prelims ;D Just gotta ace the HSC!

Physics: 63/75
(I havn't heard of anybody whos gotten a higher mark than me yet, although i'm pretty sure there would be people who beat me. 84% is pretty crap.)

Chemistry: 64.5/75
(Rank 2 for the prelim test. Overall rank 4. I'm a bit dissapointed with my rank, but i shouldn't expect too much if all i did for studying was skim read the KISS booklets.)

Economics: 32.5/60
(I did so much better than I expected. I drew a sad face for my 20mark extended response. I'm suprised my teacher didn't kill me . I should drop economics lol.)

Math 3U: Havn't gotten back yet.
English: Havn't gotten back yet.

There's reason for your over-reaction. You're perfect at maths. How does it feel?

Wow Namu! Those are some fucking good ranks!

And how the hell is 2nd/40 in Biology disappointing? Don't be a wanker Namu. Nobody likes a pretentious wanker.

Cause he always comes first. :p
But yeah, there is a big jump between 1st and 2nd. Like, despite the fact that I think anything Top 5 for Physics is good, I reckon I'll be heaps disappointed with 2nd, because I came first at the half yearly, and I really wanna come first in a subject (never done it before).

Anyways, results so far:
Physics: ????
Chemistry: Not sure about ranks, but marks back so far seem pretty decent.
Legal: Bombed out in the yearly exam, but my good results from the rest of the year brought me up into the Top 10: 7th/36 (a drop of 3 places)
Maths: 2nd overall, 4th in yearly exam - no change from half yearly
English (combination of Advanced and Extension): 23rd (extremely happy)

My Results are Epic Fail as usual...

English Advanced: Did very well IMO for the Yearly Exam (34/40 for all the assessments, but since my marks for my H/Y's were very poor, I'm looking at something around the top 70)

English Extension: Again, did fairly well with the Yearly exams (30/40 in total), but again since H/Y results and previous assessments were below average, I'm looking at around top 100 for this. (72nd in total for Adv and Ext1 combined)

Mathematics Accelerated: 8th in Yearly Exam, 35th overall (bombed the trials)

Biology: Tied 3/36, I guess I know how lyounamu feels.

Chemistry: Did alright for the Theory Exam, screwed up the Practicals. (I'm expecting something in the 20's rank)

Physics: Not expecting these back for a week at least (My teacher's still marking his section), but I'm not expecting anything decent. (I'd be happy with anything in the top 30 really)

Thomas you'll get the Prize for Physics, I'm sure of it. ;)

Oh man, everybody's just too smart.
I got lame results olol.

- English:14th (This is like. Oh my god. I always nearly fail English, but not this time. I'm proud. ;_; -teardrop-)
- Maths 2U: 6th (FAIL)
- Maths ext1: 3rd (wth, totally unexpected. One more mark and would've been 2nd I think. Beat everyone 'cept the two students who are taking up 4U. Yes, there's only two people who are doing 4U maths. There's currently about 20 people in 3unit maths, total.)
- Physics: 4th (good enough for me)
- Art: 6th (Eff.)
- Music: 2nd (what, fail.)

My UAI r screwed hur hur 8D
