is it just me or are the qantas case studies not avaliable to download?

I have the 2005 edition of Qantas Case Study by David Broadbridge, so this was published at the beginning of 2005 i presume.... I know its a demanding question... but could anyone update me (or point me in the right direction) on any major issues that have arised for qantas in the years 2005/2006???
