Just wanted to ask whether I can write a business report for the last section and still get a band 6?

No. Section 3 is a business report. Section 4 is the essay. But I think you could write a business report, as long as you made sure to use your case studies.

Well, section 3 has to be a business report it usually sets it out in the rubric, however the last section is just any type of extended response, I think. I can't find a paper in my house to check the rubric >.<

yea it just says to present a logical well structured answer to the question
