I'm disappointed slightly that the American episodes aren't being aired - their restaurants are filthier, their food shittier and the attitude stuck up higher in the ass than some of the British restaurants.

i know i love it! he is so damn cruel but so good at his job...in the end they all generally end up being better organised restaurants its a great show!!

Funnily enough, in his actual restaurant, many of Gordon's staff have been with him for more than 10 years.

If you do something good, he recognises it. If you fuck up, he tells you in no uncertain terms.

So he's a good employer if you're good at your job.

I'm good at my job but would still hate being employed by someone like that. I'd be so paranoid that he'd go psycho if I fucked up at all.

Im sure once he sees your competant he would accept your going to fuck up every now and then, humans do. The fact is these chefs are borderline retarded and need a kick up the ass.
