also, English is a very subjective subject. let's hope the marker isn't an anti-postmodernist, old-fashioned lady/gentleman. haha.
sometimes you get rewarded for taking the risk. other times, the marker may interpret it differently and see it as a story with no substance.
there are many ways to go about writing a creative piece that is not cliche.
