Hi, I just want to know if the alphabetical reference list contain journals and books only and then after that you reference A to Z websites? Or is it books/journals and websites all mixed together in one alphabetical list?

Usually, you'd list everything in alphabetical order of Author (or title if author is not applicable), regardless of resource.

Yup, all muddled up, alphabetically, in one list.

Ok thanks. I repped you guys :D

I also got a bit confused with double spacing. My demo said to write a scientific report about 6 or 7 pages. Does this mean 6 or 7 single spacing? or 6 or 7 double spacing? If it is doubled, it is impossible to write a scientific report that long (about 3 pages-long single spacing). So I am assuming we write a report of 6 to 7 pages single spacing. So do I have to make it double spacing when I finish?? argh.. so confusing.

hmm...I was forced to write a 5 page report last yr (including cover sheet and reference list, so effectively 3.5 pages). It is possible, but damn hard...but if you need to use double spacing, and it needs to be ~7 pages, then measure it in the double spacing.

Did you handed in as single spacing? I thought everything was meant to be double spaced.
Oh and I doubt it would be 3 pages single spacing coz it's a third year report.

It was specified to be single spacing...ok, think of it this way, in other subjects, when they say something is to be, say, 8 pages, they mean double spaced...so I'm guessing your 7 pages is measuring it as double spaced...coz other wise it would be like 14 pages...and that would be bad.

In any case, I'd ask your lecturer/lab person for clarification.
