Im just wondering if anyone can help us out with the harvard referencing format for a discussion paper. Is it the same format used for Working papers?

Anyone know how to do the reference for an author who is X Junior
You'd most likely only put the Jnr in the bibliography (if you felt it was necessary), whereas only the surname in the citation itself.
