well I have a kind of related question which WANS"T adressed in the FAQ...how many rep points do you need to change ur reputation on a specific post. I know that is you get 1 point, you are "somewhat positive"...but how many do you need to get from there to positive, and so on???

Reputation is not based upon posts themselves, it is based upon reps accorded via posts.

The overall ranking is described within the FAQ for the various levels.

In the FAQ's its says you can't rep some1 twice unless u give rep points to other members so my question is how many other memebers b4 you can rep a person again?

I think he wants to know where to post to get a massive amount of rep in the shortest space possible.

I think she is just asking out of curiosity.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer either. It's not something that is important in my opinion. It's just a nice superficial touch to the whole rep system.

Yeah, she is.

Yeah, afaik, like when you click on the scales under your own post, it says "Your reputation on this post is Even/Slightly Positive/etc."

I'm not sure. I received a 2 rep points for one post an it states it's "somewhat positive".

I received 13 rep points for another post and it states it is "positive"

only asked, because one of my posts was only repped by frigid, and the status lept from even to POSITIVE... so perhaps it has something to do with the repping power of the person....
