Well look your doing pretty much everything close to top notch except for the maths. I suggest some improvement for maths in terms of rankings especially for 2U, you want to try and stay at the top as close as possible.
yea.. Maths and me don't really like each other nowadays. Such a shame we used to be best buddies until year 11 lol

Those are great ranks. Try & work on maths + extension a bit more. Aim for the top 3 in maths & top 2 in extension.
You may want to try and improve in bio too but make maths your first preference.
Yea.. but like we were talking about that crap school thing.. not sure if it'll be much good :/

How are you finding in terms of workload? Maybe the three sciences is too much for you, hence affecting your maths? My two cents.

Lol i don't think workload matters much with three sciences maths and english. I'm not entirely disagreeing but i think a bit more hard work in maths, more practice papers, getting that accuracy up will help. As the other people have said, try getting top 3 in your subjects. What ATAR are you aiming for? To add to my original argument, because three sciences = 3 linked subjects compared to what my friend is doing which are 3 completely different subjects not linking together which imo adds to more of your workload.

Ofc. i'm doing 3 sciences myself atm but i will drop 1 at the end of the term. I feel that 3 sciences is too much for me and it did had a significant impact to my other subjects. Maybe OP is in the same situation as me?

I completely agree with your opinion in Maths. I have been slacking off a lot this year...

Nah I don't think it's the workload of 3 sciences.. I hardly do any work for them. Most of them are pretty much a bludge except for physics. The only subjects I'm really worried about is Maths and Physics.. and maybe English sometimes..

Pharmacy or medical something.. really depends.. I doubt I'll make Medicine, because the ATAR cut off is crazy not to mention the UMAT...

Lol i've completely given up on ext 1 maths even though our school does get a medium E4 in it. You do have 11 units which means that if you feel maths ext 1 is pulling too much off your time, you can drop it. 2u Maths is very easy to get a high mark in, its purely about accuracy once your aiming for the top band 6s so definately try to improve that. Aiming for a 90 ATAR shouldn't be too hard but then again im judging from your ranks. Just do more practice since you pick up on a lot of things whilst doing practice papers and always remember to do HARDER questions as it gives you more of an edge once you approach your school tests and the HSC.

EDIT: Don't rule out UWS, it's a decent uni for med

I didn't rule out UWS but my parents think it's crap uni or something, and they won't listen to what I say -_- (Asians)

The only reason I didn't drop Ext maths is because of its scaling or something. I was kinda hoping it will pull me up in case I flunk a subject...

Looks like you're going to end up there, so inform them that it isn't shit (it is, but you can manipulate them I'm sure).
My parents on the other hand want me to go to UWS because there are so many Asians at USyd and UNSW. lol

Lol. Never do subjects because of scaling... This is why you fail.
If you're finished the course for Mathematics I would suggest focusing more on English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry as they are likely to count at this stage - depending on how far behind you are in MX1.
Also, what are you coming in IT?

Medicine? You tend to need over 95+ to get that. And definitely higher for UNSW or USYD (which happens to be 99.95). You could get into pharmacy though at a uni, many pharmacy courses have 80 something cut offs.

My atar estimate at the moment for you is mid 80s. You really need to improve your maths.
