Does any one know which kind of radiation is most dangerous?

is it alpha> beta > gamma or the other way around because gamma can penetrate more ?

I also know that alpha is the most ionising but doesnt penetrate far

so is the penetration effect more dangerous or the ionising effect??

I was told that Gamma is the Most dangerous, then Beta then Alpha

Meaning that penetration is more dangerous..

I may be wrong but thats what my tachers have told me...

gamma is the most dangerous, followed by beta and then alpha. the ionisin effect does not count for much, cause the penetration can damge cells more greatly.
