The University of Newcastle
The value of this scholarship is AUD 25,849 (minimum per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of up to 3 and a half years.

AUSTRALIAN POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP
The University of Melbourne
Australian Postgraduate Awards (APA) are funded by the Australian Government and awarded by the University of Melbourne to students of exceptional research potential who undertake a graduate research degree.

POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR WOMEN IN AUSTRALIA
International Federation of University Women
This scholarship is offered annually to 20 people. Dates when to submit scholarship application are not specified.

PhD scholarships Australia

Australian Catholic University
Exciting scholarship opportunities are available for high-achieving PhD candidates to undertake research within the Nursing Research Institute (NRI) at the Australian Catholic University (ACU).

RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP
Victorian Government
Five scholarships are available for PhD candidates commencing research at a Victorian university. The successful applicants will receive a scholarship of AUD 90,000 for the duration of their PhD.

What an absolutely underwhelming list with incorrect information.

eg. The Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) is only for domestic students. International students need to apply for the International Postgraduate Research Scheme (IPRS) and this is only for research studies, not coursework. eg Masters (Research) or a PhD.

Each university will have different scholarships available so for any students looking at studying in Australia, they should look at individual university scholarship websites. These will often include links to government scholarships as well.
