I said standardisation will help achieve economies of scale as the market would grow, and thus cost savings would follow. Customisation was simply the opposite.

At first I didn't know what to do so I wrote a shit response linking to no strategies whatsoever for i), though then I rewrote it for workplace disputes (the stuff which will happen after downsizing and how it is important to reduce the impact it has) and leadership style (adopting a democratic approach, promote workplace culture, allows remaining employees to feel valued)
