Don't get Parkinson's people (or any other disease for that matter). Clinical features include:

- Tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia
- Instability--inc risk of falls, gait difficulties (shuffling, and freezing)
- Constipation, incontinence and postural hypotension
- Inc incidence of dementia (40-80% of patients)
- Depression, psychosis, hallucinations if you have dementia and combine with anti-Parkinson medication
- Sleep disturbances due to nocturnal stiffness, incontinence and depression

Not a pleasant list. And now to roll on...I think I'm hanging onto every slide now rather than per page....hmmm....
