Hey guys! So I've actually never posted on 'Boredofstudies' before, but since we're all sharing results, which seems like fun, I thought I'd join in!

English Adv - 99/100 (Maybe a state ranking??!?!?!?!?!!!)
Modern History - 98/100
Physics - 100/100 (=100%) (I actually topped the state in this one)
Chemistry - 97/100 (Where did I go wrong!?)
German (Continuers) - 97/100 (How embarrassing)
History Extension - 49/50
Mathematics - 98/100
Mathematics Ext 1 - 49/50

Thank God I did 14 units and I don't have to worry about those humiliating 97s... It'll be interesting to see my ATAR, but honestly, I'll be pretty pissed if they don't reintroduce the 100 for me.

Obviously trolling - the highest mark in Physics/Chemsitry is usually 99 not 100.

two 97s? you should be ashamed of yourself. you dont deserve to get into uni, or any job for that matter. you are probably a disgrace to your family also.

I am on the all rounders list (still extremely shocked!) and if I could offer a couple of simple pieces of advice they would be:
- Work extremely hard. You need to be devoted and dedicated to succeed. Also, when Teachers see you working hard they will be more willing to help you wherever possible.
- Talk to your Teachers. Whether it be to get help or just discuss the topic, it's invaluable. But also check what they are saying is correct (especially if you doubt it). This is where text books and websites such as CSU's HSC online become useful.
- In preparation for the exams, do as many past papers and / or trial exams from other schools as possible. Also try to drink water (it helped me stay calm and hydrated so I could concentrate better.

Physics - 79 (I was trying to gun it for a band five, damn physics, i was sooo close!)

Pretty happy with mine, I was surprised some of subjects ended up so high!

what :/ how did you get 2 band 6'es and get an estimate of under 90 and I got no band 6'es and got an estimated 94 this doesnt SOUND right :/

because music I scales pretty badly from 90 downwards.

the last two subjects were supposed to be my two strongest . in legal i got 96% in mid year and end of year yet my assessment mark was 90% . obviously the major exams were weighted enough internally. pretty cut.

My friend's best was meant to be eco and he got 86, which I think was his worst, but he did have Bio on the same day (which he got 96 for).
Wtf happened with Eco this year?!
