k, lets take the best case scenario, you have 50% internal mark. This means that the most you can possibly hope to get for your overall hsc mark is 75% , and thats provided you get 100% on the hsc paper and top the state. We all know that will never happen LOLS.

HSC rewards consistency , if you got a tutor in January you would be going into the final exams with a nice and strong internal mark (which is a good psychological boost as well).
lol what if he's ranked first? that means his final hsc mark would be 100. no one cares what ur final internal mark is.
