Anyone watch todays perfroamnce show? How gud was it?

I felt that there were 3 stand out performances:

Rhys and his partner with the waltz
Demi and her partner with the boogaloo (i think thats what the style is called)
Graeame and his partner with the hip hop lyrical

The dancing was good but the judges should be more critical. Their constant "That was brillant!" was pissing me off

Damn right they were. Where was the honesty? Everything had to come out positive. Hopefully they'll be the ones to step up their game next week.

Completely agree with you on that one. I have to admit that I was quite surprised to see Rhys doing so well with it. I hope there are more performances, like this one, to come. I felt some of the other choreography was a little ho-hum. Still, I'm not a dancer or a choreographer, so perhaps I couldn't really appreciate some of it. *shrug*

Hopefully they'll be the ones to step up their game next week.

Ugh, yes! How are the dancers meant to improve and bring their best if they keep getting told they're doing everything right?

TV ruins the detail and technique of the dancing imo.
Rather be there in person.
The cameraperson also zooms and pans at the most random moments.

i also noticed how nice the judges were in this episode. but i just assumed theyre being nice because its really just the beginning of the series and theyre all new to it and criticizing them heaps so early on would only discourage them. im sure towards the end of the season the judges will pick out heaps of little things they did wrong and not be so nice.

uhhh i hate her screaming!!! shes always trying to squeeze cheers out of the audience... this time around she had a few funny things to say, but still shes a shit judge.
the guy on the other end, i dont know his name, now hes an awesome judge

AS IF....
and besides, she was first to comment, naturally the majority of the judges would say things along the same lines as what murphy said, assuming they know what they should be looking for.

Kate and Graeme

I believe Laura is out for the girls...and for the dudes im not too sure
