If u wanna post a link 4other people to download from u can use www.yousendit.com - the only problem is it expires after 25 downloads or 7 days but as long as people who download it "re-seed" (upload it again) U should have a problem

I remember (back in the scene days) there was a program being developed internally within one of the groups i was involved in, and it involved a very early prototype which used the gmail space, was quite funny, wonder whatever happened to that project...

If you want to host music you have recorded, you can upload them to http://www.purevolume.com/ or http://www.soundclick.com . It only takes a few minutes to register your band / project. Otherwise, I guess you could use a free hosting site like http://www.100webspace.com/freeplan.html .
