personally i despise those kinds of speeches... but generally they go pretty much the same as all other speeches... what i did was pick 4 key points under the concept of change... find examples.... techniques... demonstrate link... relate back to topic question... but it aint the best of methods since its too essay like... another method i learnt it... find 3-4 KEY incidents in the novel or whatever texttype and discuss the ideas you are conveying with accordance to the incidents... for this to work... you must have very very good examples...
