oh, boo, you should have had like a pre-cognition and asked me because i woke up and got through straight away, was so surprised, i was entering the names of my friends but then got a call that they already got tickets.




splendour for the third fucking year in a rowwwww!!! SO EXCITE!!!

i go to splendour

then 2 days after splendour i fly to new york

then go to all points west at the end of that week

then fly to chicago

then go to lollapooloza at the end of that week

then come home and die

2nd announcement came mid-june last year so i assume same for this year.


alot of people think klaxons, i would love them, but ive seen them twice before so if they are announced i hope they arent the 'biggest band' on the line up.

the biggest bands in the 2nd line up last year were the polyphonic spree (who headlined the GW tent on the sat last year) and new young pony club (who were 2nd last in the mix up tent on sunday last year)

so thats the type of calibre we are expecting i guess.

but maybe because its the last year at belongil fields splendour might pull a surprise and make some big huge announcement, hopefully


also alot of talk about eskimo joe being added, makes sense since they have that muslim album coming out/out...they are great live.

also, 'chairlift' was basically confirmed i think. no idea who they are though.
