Ok, what happens is with your STAT you can do two things with it:
1. Its used as additional criteria for entry to a course for example Pharmacy at Sydney requires a certain performance or the University of Western Sydney's RET scheme for those in their area who sit the exam.
2.It can be used as an alternative to your UAI/TER/OP/TES/IB score if you are a mature age(ie over 21) student at *most* unis. And
here is a table that has what your STAT score falls out as if you use it instead of the UAI etc.
Also, it has your percentile stated directly next to your numerical score on the blue results sheet.
