Prelims i was bad. (this is my prelim to hsc ranks)

Chemistry 15/36 > dropped in HSC

English standard 50/78 > 1st and 2nd continually thoughout hsc

Mathematics 65/68 > 4th before trials and 15th final fml =.=

Business studies 5/50 > 5/30 lol weird my ranks are the same fml.

Economics 5/34> 1/17

Ancient History 16/40> 3/30 XD.. i came 1st for 40% internal after trials which boosted my rank.

I know a dude that got a state rank in maths ext2 (3rd or something) a few years back and he kept telling me it was all hard work and no brains

basically the guy did 100+ practice papers before the exam and pretty much experienced all possible ways they can ask you question 8s (filling the gaps in with his experience as he went). Not sure though, maybe he did have serious brains but wasnt owning up to it

Amigo, you see, you won't demotivate me, because
1. I am very much aware of Ruse being ahead of the state in the subjects i'm doing, that's precisely why I intend to kick their asses
2. as you say, beating them is like coming first in all your subjects, well my man, if that's what it takes to be ahead of every single ruse kid, then that's what im going to do
3. You don't know who I am, so you have no way of knowing that ruse kids will beat me, because you don't know my skill level in my subjects, so you can't assume immediately ruse kids are better.
4. You most definitely do not sound harsh You sound more unfazed than anything else, that Ruse is unbeatable.
5. I help myself with high goals, it maintains motivation and self esteem, helping me all the more.

Who said I didn't go to a top 5 school. The only reason I wouldn't say is because it's east to tell I'm a guy, so that leaves two schools left: baulkham and ruse. Don't know many ruse kids that would waste time here, esp in holidays so yeah.. Anyway, why does it matter what school I go to. Does it cause a confliction in what I've said?

I never said that. I said this type of amazing talent can be seen in a good school, so it doesn't necessarily mean state rank. What's so hard to understand? I don't see how this can be seen as insulting/demeaning. And I still don't see why you randomly think I'm in baulko.

Not sure lol. Guess we didn't have the time to. Besides, I don't think I've seen a school do ex1 + ex2 in one year. You've got a lot to do. How well did you go in your prelims?

Well, we had only 10 periods which was enough to only fit in 3U. Good marks for your trial. The only thing I'm scared of repeating is that there are 3 guys that always get 97+. Haha, I have to make sure I don't act lazy just because I've done the course. Btw, do you go to Kings?

My exam is the same as everyone elses. Some time in week 2/3.
