ive had that feeling. actually all my friends and i have experienced that 'stress' phase, but then there is that sudden realisation afterwards of how stupid it was. REMEMBER there is life after the HSC even if you dont get the results you wanted. as parental as this sounds - take it one day at a time.

I agree.
That is pretty much the reality, unless you are planning to get a crap job in the future.

Well said, you're 100% correct. Exams are very important in year 12, the HSC is pretty much the gateway to your immediate and long-term future. If you don't treat it seriously you'll end up regretting it.

The vast majority of those who get a good UAI get a good job
You can replace the words "good" with "bad" as well
Unless you consider 'getting trashed' a good job

i think i'm used to it although i can admit i dont really have that much stress even during exam period, its over pretty soon and it doesn't really matter thaat much, the only time if i have stress if i've been studying reallly really hard for that subject and worried that i wont do that well.

You just have to remember that nearly every one feels the same way that you do, even if it doesn't look like it.

you should talk to someone about it.
at our school we have mentors, or maybe talk to your parents and class teachers.
they are there to support you and they are great help!
dont hide it in because the anxiety will just keep grow inside of you.
but just remember that everyone feels that way, you're not the only one.

yeah - you shouldn't really stress for prelims.

Save the stress for your hsc :p
Yeah. I wonder why people stress for prelims. If you fail in prelims, doesn't matter, but don't fail in HSC otherwise

Yeah I hate it when that happens. Do they get lucky?

But I probably don't study for 12098120102 hours .. maybe just 12098120101 hours.

LOL that's where you went wrong.

To be honest, I don't study as much as I should - and that's my downfall. Generally I study for subjects which I find difficult, so even though I haven't studied for subjects which I find easier - I do better in them.
