The gym annoys me, I went once then they kept ringing me asking for membership... so i never went back!

Ways to relax.. I need to remember what relax is.. ah yes. Talking to your friends. They always can make you smile and laugh and forget all your worries. Singing too, cause you can scream along to the music ^_^

gym, killing my punching bag or chillin and listenin to music...

and if all that doesn't help, i have a panic attack... that kind de-stresses me in all the hysterics.

usually sit down and play my guitar... if not, go on the computer, surf, listen to some music. that usually does it.
