As long as the compound has the same molecular formula, in this case C4H10O, but different bonds, chain length, functional group etc then its still a structural isomer
Well, NESA marking guidelines for chem and phys are known for being stupidly over detailed, incomplete, poorly written, or irrelevant to the question. So I'm not surprised they didn't include multiple answers.
