Hello I been struggle of what kind of structure i can use for HSC,
can my essay structure be like this:
1 introduction
2 1 theme in core text (3-4 techniques)
3 another theme in core text(3-4 techniques)
4 1 theme in my related text (4 techniques)
5 conclusion

(don't know whether the related text is enough or not)

That structure is very different to what I use. But I have been told to do the same amount on the related as you do on the set text, so you should do another paragraph on your related.

Core text (Idea 1)
Related text (Idea 1)
Core text (Idea 2)
Related text (Idea 2)
Conc.

This way your response is integrated! If you have two core texts, say Ancestors and Feliks Skrzynecki for belonging (both written by Peter Skrzynecki). Use ONE for EACH IDEA

Example structure:
Intro
Core text - Ancestors (Idea 1)
Relatex text - ... (Idea 1)
Core text - Feliks Skrzynecki (Idea 2)
Relatex text - ... (Idea 2)
Conc.

This way you are able to synthesize effectively by utilizing an integrated essay structure
