You actualy mean that her picture was not printed on the card? When I had mine printed, the image did not print on the card; only after did it work when the lady fixed it. Argh, I look ugly in it. :p

lol I should have asked the lady to reset it, only takes like 5 seconds; only because my picture didn't print correctly the first time. She said smile but I tried to do a mugshot. It backfired a bit.

hehe i just realised i wrote "no longer" when i should have only written "longer."

i have a card but i transferred and i want to get a new one. I couldnt be bothered at enrollment so when i go in to get my railway sticker would i be able to ask for a new card?
