They do potentially affect you. Which is why it's good that the maximum number of people in my class is 15.

I live kinda near wollongong (bout a half hour drive) but we probably dont do the same subjects.

Im lucky to have small classes aswell, my class sizes for Year 11 were:
PDHPE: 9
English Advanced: 11
English Ext: 4
Maths: 8
Maths Extension: 7
Chem: 7
Bio: 7

Im lucky :D

English 2u: 15 people
Maths 2U: 27 people
Economics: 14 people
Physics: 14 people
Japanese Cont.: 12 people
Maths 3u: 17 people
English 3u: 6 people (2 next year)

I dont know about the whole study group thing cos i dont think i live anywhere near anyone, so to speak!
