na, u can just stay there for a semester or so, and then transfer to sydney uni.

If transferring to USYD was easy, everyone would do it in that way.....

Transferring to USYD, from my knowledge, is impossible.

BUT, I think if you do dentistry in other university, you may get an exemption if you got into USYD.

Therefore you have to go through GAMSAT, interview etc......
