you need a professional practitoners certificate, make sure you see them TOMORROW/day of test and get them to fill out "very severely affected" at the least
And then what happens, do I sit the test later...?
Who do I see regarding this, head coordinator?

Tomorrow Ive got psyc1002 but ive got a massive temperature atm. what happens if i cant come in tomoow :worried:
you should go in to the uni to sit the exam unless your in hospital or dying

then apply for special consideration. it's much easier to get than not going in at all and trying to sit the exam at a later date (which they often wont approve in all but the most extreme of circumstances)

Thanks for the advice townie. I've never been in such a situation before, don't know what to do.

If your marks so far are good, I'd just get the doctors certificate and not go. :D

Unless they don't take the average of your past marks and give you an estimate. I'd get that checked out first before you take my advice...

hehe
I'd rather go in and try my best and maybe get consideration, then not go and not get special consideration.

you need more than a doctors certificate to not show up, you need a really good excuse

Is it bad that I've been dreaming about exams for the last few nights?

Edit: yes, it is.

I got me a 26/30 for my EDUF essay. I was dissapointed. :( Damn you Margarita.

I suspect everyone was getting scores near that anyway, given how easy the criteria were and everything.

EDIT: She's an entertaining and awesome marker though. Unlike so many others, she actually leaves extensive notes and annotates the essay to point out where the strengths and weaknesses lie. So all over my essay there's underlines and "YES"'s next to the points that are groovy. I love Margarita. :D

26/30 is pretty crap. I'd hang myself if I got anything below 27

When I went to collect my second grammar exercise on Tuesday she said they weren't back yet. (I haven't handed mine in yet anyhow, to be quite honest.)

some lecturers don't like giving marks back before exams, as that way students will just aim to pass
