im more referring more to the hills district. theres virtually no rail. buses are dodgy. they almost got a rail station in castle hill but that was declined. but yeah i doubt the areas you mention would want rail
you are an idiot if you think sydney is over crowded. i said the opposite= sprawled.
4 million+ people covering such an area proves how uncrowded sydney is
Actually, Casltle Hill had a rail line, it was an extension of the line at Parra, unfortunately it was closed down in the late 50's.
Boy, they're regretting that booboo
And I was about to lecture you asqy about what's good about the Hills, but since you apparently live out here...
To be honest the city buses are O.K despite not showing up sometimes
and it only takes a little over half an hour to get into the city, and there's a direct bus to Maq. center as well. However, it's absolutely fucking horrible to get anywhere that isn't in the West or smack bang in the middle of the city (I had to forgoe going to a party at Balmoral beach tomorrow because its just so damn hard to get there.)
On the plus side, If I ever feel like skirmish....and Castle Towers is really quite good, when I needed a pair of new boots Towers actually payed off for me more than the city, which is really saying something :-/.
