My bad, but i actually mean questin 3. . . In his answer , he didnt show theres an induction question 3(b) . . .

The question is

1 x 3 + 2 x 4 + 3 x 5 + . . . + n(n +2) = n/6 ( n+1) (2n +7)

It seems like Board of studies printed 2 different versions of the paper. Ones with induction, and ones without. OMG

Free marks for eveyone?

Grrrrr. I made so many idiotic, imbocilic errors.
I was thinking I had a chance of getting 81. I thought mayb 2 marks worth of stupid maistakes, so 79, that would've been nice. But now that I've seen the solutions, I'm horrified! I lost 3 marks because I ran out of time, and another 11 because of silly mistakes! I thought I was going to get 49/50 :( Oh well...

It says in the question that the domain is x<=1

Is the answer to 1d actually 12C8x2^8x3^4 or am I just incredibly stupid?
