I just finished the Amaksa Shougo part of it.. it wasn't too bad... except for the constant repetition of Amakakeru Ryu No Hirameki 5 billion times. Guess it goes downhill from there...

Yer.. might consider it, although I'm with an unlimited ADSL ISP, so downloading anime isn't a problem :D

Yep I got both OVAs... haven't watched the last one, but the first one was a master piece... It was just WOW. Can't wait to watch the second one!

I'm with OzADSL, but they aren't gonna stay unlimited for long.. that's why I'm leeching as much as possible now :D

Ooh! More people nows ,o_O. That's beta...

Speaking of mangas being better - has anyone read the NGE manga? What do you think...?

In terms of being an "elite" work... I liked the anime better.

But... the manga so far... well, I can say it's more entertaining - like humerous. Asuka actually really kicks ass now. Unlike in the anime - I found her super annoying. I don't mind her so much in the manga.

I think... the manga because it can include a lot of things, it develops the characters more, hence relates to the viewer more...

Anemew... ppl give me some good excuses to convince my parents to get ADSL!!

I've already offered to pay for the installation fees. My dad seemed to be happy with it... but I need to get a job first...

Saying that all anime fans are overweight is like saying that all people who watch footy are moronic yobbos

As for the no friends thing, I bet you're the same sort of person who a couple of years ago thought that any fan of Lord of the Rings was a fantasy geek with no friends yet now it's a mainstream phenomenon, and the increasing uptake of anime by non-Japanese like me indicates that anime will also become mainstream within the next few years
