My Teacher has given me a Brief Plan for Billy Elliot, that shouldnt be too hard to apply to yours:
Introduction - Give a Description of Into the World (30-50secs)
Summary of texts your going to speak about, in your case Educating Rita and The Choosing,
Then How your Text Demostrates into the World, this should be about a minute and a half, dont forget to talk about techniques.
then also talk about the Poem in the same sort of way,
Then Finally a brief reflection of how you formed your speech.
2 Minutes Minimum, or you will loose marks, good luck.
