Can't believe we lost an ODI series to a team that has Neil McKenzie in it...
Um, yeah.

They also had JP Duminey, Albie Morkel and Dale Steyn.

We don't stand a chance in the SA tour.

We'll play better with Stuart Clark he's easily our best bowler

Dude the current ODI series isn't 09/10, it's 08/09
I made the thread in 2009. Once the current 08/09 series finishes, then it moves to 09/10.

Hence why I also put the schedule for the games over this year, and into next year's Aus ODI series.

Is there a reason why Bracken isn't chosen in the test team? You know, apart from the selectors picking a team that is consistently underperforming.

pigeonholed as a one day player.
a piece of crap because he could lead australia in south africa

Bracken is good in ODI's and T20's because he varies his speed well, bowls good yorkers and cutters. He probably won't be as effective in Tests. But having said that, I would still pick him since he can swing the ball.

Atmosphere at the scg was awesome last night, so many guys got kicked out of my bay, for beer cup snakes, sculling comps, etc. The mexican wave got hetic when the fans started throwing everyinth in the air it was hilarious

good game btw, both teams batted well, but australia needs to pick up its bowling

You could tell from his reply at the end of day press conference that he really wanted those 4 runs.

Oh well. I think he's good enough to get there, but he needs enough time at the crease.

At this point in time, what's everyone's predictions on who wins and by how much?

I'm saying Aus by 150 runs.

well lets hope so because it would be ashame to see them go down from an absolute control of the game. Hope the weather holds out.

Actually, id be surprised to see the aussies declare before Day 5.

If they were to do so, they'd need to post another 300 runs (600 lead) me thinks.

EDIT: Probably will end in a draw, but id love the aussies to win this.
